Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the onboarding process take?

I usually allow the first month to complete your onboarding, analysis and initial design process. This of course varies from client to client but usually we are able to start posting at the start of Month 2.

How will you adopt my tone of voice?

To start with I will study any existing content you have and use these to inform my captions, I also pick up on your phrasing and idiolect during our voicenotes and phonecalls and study things like your instagram stories to get a sense of your tone. I will also repurpose existing content whilst I establish your tone of voice. All captions will be approved by you (at least initially) so you will be able to provide me with feedback to perfect the process.

Do I have to approve everything?

This varies from client to client, some like to approve all posts, whereas other clients will approve initially but then handover to me completely. This will be your decision.

Do you offer group training?
